Which resin system suits your site?

Prices include standard preparation, primer and installation. Rates are per square metre and vary with access, floor condition, working hours and project size.

How it works

From budget to handover

  1. Instant estimate

Enter your areas and resin system to get a budget range straight away.

  2. Free survey

A commercial installer checks the substrate, moisture, access and your operating hours, then fixes the price in writing with a method statement.

  3. Preparation

Diamond grinding or shot blasting, crack and joint repair, and a primer suited to the slab.

  4. Install & cure

Installed in zones or out of hours where needed. Foot traffic after about 24 hours, forklifts and vehicles after around 7 days.

Questions

Before you book

Can you work around our operations?

Yes. Installers can work nights, weekends or shutdown periods, and can phase the work zone by zone so part of the site stays in use. Choose evening / weekend working in the estimate to include the uplift.

Which system is right for a warehouse or factory?

Heavy-duty epoxy coatings suit most warehouses and light industry. Self-levelling epoxy gives a flatter, seamless finish for production areas. Areas with hot washdowns, food production or strong chemicals usually need a polyurethane screed. The survey confirms the right specification.

Do you offer anti-slip and food-safe floors?

Yes. Anti-slip aggregate can be added to most systems, and quartz and polyurethane systems are used in commercial kitchens and food production. Your installer will agree the slip-resistance and hygiene requirements with you.

Can you add line marking and walkways?

Yes. Pedestrian walkways, bay markings and safety lines are priced per linear metre and can be installed at the same time as the floor.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes. Smaller projects carry a minimum charge to cover materials, mobilisation and set-up, which the estimate applies automatically.
